Strategy & Business Excellence Specialist - Dublin, Ireland
We are looking for a Strategy & Business Excellence Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting project with opportunities to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Supporting delivery supply efficiency strategy.
2. Supporting Continuous Improvement, Digital tier management, Standardised work, Problem solving, and Value stream management.
3. Supporting design for Six Sigma and associated certification.
4. Supporting Metrics & Performance Management.
5. Supporting site strategy deployment and reporting.
6. Supporting PMO activities and portfolio management.
7. Planning and executing site communication needs.
8. Leading Meeting Excellence program for campus.
9. Supporting Maturity Assessment management and resulting actions for the campus.
10. Leading and supporting site strategic improvement activities, including fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achieving sustainable high standards of performance through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
11. Supporting effective business governance processes to support the day-to-day business performance.
12. Providing mentoring and coaching to Program Sponsors, Managers, and Lead End Users.
13. Managing Program/Project lessons learned processes and the continuous improvement of the PMO.
14. Leading projects as listed in management pillar for current year as required, assuming the role of Program.
15. Supporting delivery of people and culture strategy.
16. Supporting Project Recognition.
17. Supporting engagement for campus.
18. Supporting learning for campus, both regulatory and developmental.
19. Supporting onboarding.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field.
2. A certification in another related field (Lean Six Sigma belt, PMP, Change Management, Strategic Management, or Learning) is desired.
3. Extensive experience in delivery of any Strategy and Business Excellence systems, or a related role within a complex, matrixed organisation (Preferably GxP).
4. A proven decision-making ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well and influence cross-functionally.
