The Job:
As a key part of the operations team, you will be tasked with covering a wide range of accounts & general administration focused duties and will work with colleagues across the business, both here in Limerick & abroad, in support of their duties & projects.
More specifically, this will include managing the invoicing & payment schedules, reconciling banking & creditor/debtor statements, updating financial information & service databases, liaising with external service providers, scheduling meetings, and resolving incoming queries & client calls.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
* 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
* 2-3+ years’ experience ideally gained in an accounts focused administration role.
* Experience from the property, banking, accounting, or related sectors would be an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.
* Proven ability to work on your own initiative & to multitask.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to be approximately 29-33k + pension & other benefits. This role will be fully office based in Limerick city centre.
Candidates without visas/work permits to live & work in Ireland will not be considered.
