REPORTING TO: General Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique. Proactively driving strategies to effect product enhancements and operating efficiencies – achieving optimum financial returns, whilst ensuring highest levels of Employee and guest satisfaction
Main duties & responsibilities include:
* Effectively manage service standards and achieve guest satisfaction targets
* Liaise with suppliers
* Plan annual departmental operating budgets and financial plans
* Mentoring and coaching the team
* Managing payroll in line with budgets
* Working in partnership across departments
* Drive revenue to maximize opportunities
* Responsible for Health & Safety
* Monitor local competition and industry trends
* Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
