About Harvey’s Point
Harvey’s Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background. The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.
Role And Responsibilities
1. Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as required.
2. Managing and handling phone reservations & answering customers queries.
3. Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ expectations.
4. Take ownership of guests’ issues and take action to resolve them immediately.
5. To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company Policy.
6. To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
7. To keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
About The Role
Candidate Requirements:
1. This is a full-time temporary contract covering maternity leave.
2. Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
3. A natural ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience.
4. Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Working on rotating shifts, including weekends.
7. Experience in revenue management systems desirable.
8. Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS an advantage.
