Junior Customer Support Agent – Night shift (5pm - 1am)
Our client, a Galway based Heath Technology Company, seeks to hire multiple customer Support representative. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.
This role could also suit a new graduate coming from a Business Course who is looking to kick start their career in a multinational environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow.
There will be an initial training period with 9 – 5pm hours before moving to an evening shift model after training. This role will be Monday to Friday .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.
2. Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures
3. Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
4. Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
5. Working in a safe manner at all times
6. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
7. Fluency in spoken and written English
8. Strong communications skills
9. Excellent telephone and customer service skills
