Join a premier supplier of advanced process solutions to the Life Sciences and Food & Beverage sectors based in Charleville as a Project Manager within their Projects & Engineering Department. Reporting directly to the Projects & Engineering Manager, you will be an integral part of their dynamic team.
As a Project Manager, you will lead a talented team of project, process, and mechanical engineers dedicated to excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating closely with clients to ensure expectations are met and managed effectively.
2. Overseeing design, procurement, construction, and testing activities throughout various projects.
3. Driving internal teams to achieve specific project objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
4. Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to consistently meet customer demands and expectations.
5. Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact timelines and financial targets.
You will also have the chance to:
1. Review and analyse client specifications relative to the organisation’s quotations, scope, and commercial items.
2. Generate and verify engineering deliverables, including technical specifications and procurement documentation.
3. Facilitate project communications and generate reports to keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
4. Inspect mechanical builds as they progress and ensure compliance with quality standards through regular reviews.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
1. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position within a related industry.
2. A BEng degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3. Practical experience in mechanical and process engineering, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
