As a Contracts Manager:
1. A 3rd level qualification in Building Services Engineering or a strong trade background in the mechanical sector
2. Relevant experience in mechanical contracting, with a minimum of 10 years in Building Services
3. Strong technical aptitude, with a proven track record in leading mechanical projects from start to finish
4. Leadership ability to guide teams and organise projects efficiently
5. Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
7. Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels
8. Keen attention to detail, with exceptional organisational and time management skills
Contracts Manager Skills:
1. Oversee contracts from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery
2. Supervise and manage project teams across multiple sites, maintaining productivity and quality standards
3. Ensure that projects meet established deadlines and budgetary constraints
4. Attend client and internal meetings, providing weekly progress updates
5. Support contract negotiation and manage contractual obligations effectively
6. Collaborate with the EHS Director to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
7. Work closely with Directors and site teams to develop strategies, identify potential risks, and implement resolutions
8. Generate and issue progress reports to Senior Management/Directors
9. Partner with Senior Management to achieve and support ongoing business objectives
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €90,000 plus package.
