Business Administration Support - Dublin
The Business Administration Support role holder will provide business administration, management, and support services to assist in carrying out day-to-day functional activities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support with facilities management and IT support.
* Offer HR support for CP staff deployed within the CBCIW Client Organisation.
* Support the PMO Lead in leading the Business Support sub-functional area.
* Assume responsibility for the performance management of CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area.
The role holder will be required to develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for the Business Support sub-functional area and oversee the day-to-day activities of the CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in business administration.
* Proven track record of carrying out business administration activities in projects of similar scale and complexity to Bus Connects.
Demonstrated Experience and Knowledge:
* Providing secretarial support to management within fast-paced and challenging environments.
* Providing administrative support and organisation to senior leaders.
* Delivery of work under time pressure and with conflicting priorities.
* Managing high-performing staff/teams including carrying out performance management.
* Taking ownership of activities to drive desired outcomes.
Desirable Skills:
* Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Degree educated.
