Applications are invited to apply for the role of Sales Representative based in Cork serving the Munster Region.
The ideal candidate for this role should have sales experience preferably within the communications sector. A track record demonstrating the achievement of targets and demonstrating the ability to improvise and adapt within a given market sector delivering against both customer and company expectations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Grow customer base, secure new business.
2. Servicing an existing account base by planning and organising daily work schedule.
3. Generating customer proposals, processing customer orders and management of customer relationships.
4. Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
5. Monitoring competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products portfolios customer activity etc.
6. Evaluating the performance of products and services by monitoring results and competitive developments.
7. Resolving customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
8. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
9. Working closely with sales administration and engineering colleagues.
