Claims Handler
Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional customer service?
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Insurance Claims Auditor to join our dynamic team in South Dublin.
This role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations, experience in claims handling or auditing, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain compliance across all departments.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Thorough evaluations of claims calls and files according to audit templates.
* Reporting findings and providing recommendations for efficiency and best practices.
* Reporting on errors, breaches, and customer complaints, collaborating with the team to implement remedial actions.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and assisting in policy and procedure updates.
* Collaborating with internal audits, insurer audits, and data protection queries.
* Developing compliance-related training programs.
Your Profile:
* Qualification in Compliance, Irish Law, Data Protection, or related field.
* Experience in Claims Handling, Compliance, Audit, or similar roles within the insurance industry.
* EU citizenship and Stamp 4 residency required.
