Sales Administrator
Our client, based in Nenagh Co. Tipperary, a leading supplier of water treatment components who operate within the domestic, industrial, and commercial sectors, are seeking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Sales Administrator to join their team.
The Role:
1. Reception duties, answering phone calls and dealing with the public within the reception area
2. Maintaining a clean and professional work area and ensuring customers are always welcome
3. Allocating calls to the correct individual within the sales/accounts team
4. Working with our clients B2C brand
5. Managing and growing the online presence through updating of website content and regular social media posts
6. Assisting with Lead Generation through Market Research, Mail Campaigns and direct calling of designated companies
7. Attending Trade Fair Exhibitions to promote the company’s brand and products
8. Updating CRM and Invoicing Sales, along with general admin duties
Skills & Experience that we need:
1. A driven professional who wants to be part of a growing industry
2. Experience working in a busy office environment
3. Self-motivated and focused on driving sales
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. MS office experience with excellent IT / Administration skills
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Background in Sales and Marketing would be a distinct advantage
Full training will be provided as part of initial induction and as part of a small team, you will have the full support of your colleagues.
The Offer:
This is a permanent position, fully onsite in Nenagh Co. Tipperary, with salary expected to be in the €30K range, depending on the candidate’s experience, and career development opportunities.
