About the Role
Overview: Panda Recycling is seeking a dynamic and flexible Inside/Outside Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This role is critical to driving growth, focusing on new revenue generation from sectors such as construction site developments and win-back campaigns for former customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in an office and out on the road, including door-to-door sales, and must possess the adaptability to succeed in an evolving role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle both inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Drive business growth by targeting New Construction Site developments and win-back campaigns for former customers.
* Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
* Engage in face-to-face sales through door-to-door interactions, particularly in new development areas.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
* Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote Panda Recycling's services, ensuring strong customer acquisition.
* Re-establish relationships with former clients and implement strategies to win back their business.
* Use MS Office tools effectively to manage customer data, track sales leads, and prepare reports.
* Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
* Adapt to the evolving needs of the business as this role develops, with the potential for additional responsibilities and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or similar roles (experience with construction sector sales is an advantage).
* Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to close deals and win customers.
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving personal and team performance.
* Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
* Adaptability: Willingness to take on new tasks, learn new sales strategies, and adapt to the evolving responsibilities of this role.
* Location: Ability to commute to Millennium Park, with flexibility to travel for face-to-face client meetings.
* Language: Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work both in-office and on the road, including potential door-to-door sales when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in sales for waste management, recycling, or construction sectors.
* Prior experience in win-back campaigns and re-establishing relationships with former customers.
* Door-to-door sales experience is an asset.
