Executive Assistant
Place of work: On-site – Park West, Dublin 12 / Duration: Permanent / Hours of work: Monday to Friday – Office Hours.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
* Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Document Management: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
* Event Planning: Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites. Manage logistics and ensure smooth execution.
* Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on various topics to support decision-making. Compile data and create reports as required.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Technical Competencies:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech industry.
Business Competencies:
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
