About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance recruiter to join our team in Dublin. This is a career-defining opportunity to establish yourself in our Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services division with a strong pipeline of business to tap into.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their business operations and identifying suitable candidates.
* Develop relationships with new and potential clients, leveraging commercial awareness to identify business opportunities.
* Lead the full 360 recruitment process, including sourcing, pipelining, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and follow-up communication.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience.
* Proven track record in sourcing Accounting & Finance candidates through diverse means.
* Background in Banking/Financial Services desirable but not essential.
* University Degree.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Able to work autonomously and driven to succeed.
