ITEngineer Position
Joining our team, you will be involved in the continuous development and support of our IT environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day IT operations.
* Provide IT support to all users and escalate issues when necessary.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals to identify issue root causes.
* Document support activities, including resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and change management requests.
* Configure and maintain PCs and IT Hardware onboard USV's.
* Assist the R&D Team with development items.
* Prepare and maintain documentation on all projects.
Requirements
* 2/3 Years experience with Microsoft 365 Platform.
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
* Strong understanding of Networks, Firewalls and VPNs.
* General experience with IT Hardware/Software issues.
* Ability to manage time independently and perform in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organisation.
Desirable Experience
* Knowledge of Jira Service Management platform.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure.
* Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, Network+, or working towards achieving them.
