Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager with a background in healthcare to join our client, a leading global company in the Healthcare & Insurance area, on a contract basis. This is a hybrid remote position based in Dublin City Center, requiring 2 days of onsite work per week.
As a Change Manager, preferably with a healthcare background (Clinical, Hospitals, Health Systems), you will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, driving progress awareness with our client and their leadership team.
* Designing and shaping the approach to deliver our client's strategic vision for their business and people agenda.
* Developing and utilizing industry knowledge to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
* Collaborating with our client and their teams to co-create solutions, driving progress via workshops.
* Understanding key strategic/operational issues and structuring problems to develop and implement possible solutions.
* Creating reports, presentations, and briefing materials to provide data and insights on program implementation, progress, risks, and opportunities.
This role offers multiple opportunities for senior and mid-level candidates with at least 4 years of experience in project or change management and working with senior management.
* Project/Change management certification (e.g., Prince 2 / Scrum etc.).
* Proven ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate meetings and workshops.
* Pragmatic, business-focused, and with a strong execution mindset.
