Job Summary:
Our client, a dynamic Professional Services Firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support two busy Directors in their day-to-day administration.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual who will provide administrative support to the Directors, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Executive Support: Managing diaries, emails, organizing meetings, presentations, and related materials;
* Communication: Handling all forms of communication, including post, emails, team updates, and deadline management;
* Key Account Management: Building meaningful relationships with key clients and referrers, and maintaining regular contact;
* Projects: Collaborating with the partners on internal and external projects;
* Event Management: Assisting the management team in organizing events for staff, clients, and prospects;
* Support: Providing support to other members of the management team as required;
* HR Liaison: Working with the wider Support team and liaising with external HR partners to ensure the delivery of HR programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A Grade B or above in Math and English GCSE;
* At least 2 years' experience in a professional business environment working as a PA;
* Strong IT skills;
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills;
* Ambition, drive, focus, and a professional demeanor;
* Assertiveness and motivation to succeed;
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
