About the Role
We are exclusively representing a leading FMCG company in Antrim to recruit a Business Development Manager for their alcoholic drinks sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure consistent achievement of sales, profit, and margin goals within your designated area.
* Act as a role model and cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Expand and sustain the customer base in your designated territory.
You will be required to stay adaptable and responsive to the needs of your customers.
Requirements
* You will be a self-starter and driven individual with 3+ years' experience in field sales within the alcoholic beverages market.
* You will have flexibility to work autonomously as well as within a team.
* You will be proactive, possess strong analytical skills, and be computer-literate.
* You will also require strong credit control skills and demonstrable knowledge of the wine and spirits marketplace.
* A full clean driving licence is mandatory.
