We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Chartered Engineer. Our client, a well-established company in Ireland, specialises in consultancy, project management, IoT integration, asset tagging, bund management, and more.

They have a new opening for a Chartered Engineer with experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries to join their team.
This role is responsible for overseeing engineering and environmental projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
As there will be nationwide travel to sites with this position, we are open to this person working hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Chartered Engineer sign-off for relevant environmental and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices (e.g., EPA Guidance Note on Storage and Transfer of Materials for Scheduled Activities).
* Ensure all project designs, installations, and system integrations meet regulatory and safety standards, particularly within pharmaceutical and other highly regulated industries.
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and our team to ensure the seamless integration of services.
* Develop and implement project integration plans, outlining timelines, resource needs, and key deliverables.
* Work closely with project managers to track project milestones and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Client Relationship & Satisfaction
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout project initiation, execution, and completion.
* Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
* Maintain open lines of communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
* Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project integration and engineering compliance.
* Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and best practices for future improvements.
* Prepare regular progress reports for senior management on project performance and client satisfaction levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and technical departments, to ensure smooth project execution.
* Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights from an engineering and regulatory compliance perspective.
* Support the development and enhancement of our project management tools and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Chartered Engineer status (CEng) essential.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering compliance, project management, or a related field, ideally within regulated industries.
* Proven track record in successful project delivery and client engagement.
* Proficiency in project management and compliance tools.
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
