Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We're the people who keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure customer access to innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deployment of data center controls, on time, with effective management of vendors to ensure minimal defects at Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO).
* Delivery of critical projects to upgrade data center automation.
* Service and support provided to partner teams, providing diagnosis and resolution of operations impacting events within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Delivery of initiatives to improve the efficiency of our data centers or operations procedures.
A Day in the Life
* You'll join a diverse team collaborating with software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers to deliver high standards for safety and security.
* Your involvement in data center delivery will be mission-critical to successful deployment. You'll represent Amazon, building relationships across stakeholders.
* Build and operate infrastructure at an enormous scale, participating in Amazon's global presence.

Basic Qualifications
* Controls system experience: unified automated control systems for enterprise clients, consolidating equipment and subsystems.
* Project management experience: understanding electrical/control diagrams and schematics, control panel Bill of Materials (BoM), inspection, testing and commissioning.
Preferred Qualifications
* Critical environment experience.
* Electrical or mechanical controls systems experience.
* Controls construction / controls technology experience.
