This role would be best suited to candidates who are organized, IT proficient, driven, and capable of working off their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to the Sales Managers & Partners in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to meet growth targets.
* Generate leads and enquiries by identifying new customers and opportunities, actively prospecting and engaging potential clients.
* Assist in preparing tender documents, project cost estimates, presentations, and compiling project packages for client submissions.
* Coordinate with customers and partners to ensure contracts are fulfilled, parts are delivered, invoiced, and paid on time.
* Work autonomously as a primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and handling inquiries.
* Maintain and further develop the contact database, ensuring up-to-date records of customer interactions.
* Master customer service techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to enhance relationships with partners and clients.
* Investigate and resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Develop expertise by engaging with our Principle Partners & Agencies and staying informed on market trends.
* Collaborate with Principle Partners & Agencies to provide timely responses and training for new and existing customers.
* Support marketing efforts, including trade shows, exhibitions, and events, by preparing promotional materials, brochures, and presentations.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through understanding and interpreting their requirements.
* Persuade clients that our products and services offer the best solution in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company objectives.
* Calculate and prepare client quotations ensuring accurate pricing and effective communication of value propositions.
* Provide pre-sales technical support and product education to potential customers.
* Work on after-sales support services, offering technical assistance and backup as required.
* Coordinate and deliver product training sessions for clients.
* Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
