Job Title: Customer Business Manager
The Customer Business Manager is a key role in driving performance for our business in assigned accounts and channels. The successful candidate will exhibit Suntory Leadership Spirit in achieving Must Win Brand & Channel objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual NSV revenue and NSV per litre targets in line with business objectives.
* Manage key accounts within the channel to execute business plans.
* Deliver annual KPI metrics targets in conjunction with field sales and finance/operations colleagues.
* Develop and implement brand strategies into customer activation plans and JBP's.
* Work closely with commercial marketing and marketing teams to develop specific account/channel plans with each of the key brands and NPD.
Requirements:
* Solid FMCG experience in sales management/account management roles.
* Educated to degree level in business, marketing, or business studies (ideally).
* IT literate and comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint packages.
* Clean driver's license.
