PE Global is recruiting an executive assistant for our personal care client based in Walton Oaks. The role is an initial 12-month contract and is hybrid (1 day a week onsite). Responsibilities of the role: Extensive and complex diary management including booking rooms, conference requirements and guests as required.Prepare department meetingsTravel arrangements for the R&D VP and their leadership teamManaging expenses via ConcurPrioritising and preparing incoming and outgoing correspondenceWhen required, assist leaders with their Communications / Announcements.Manage incoming calls efficiently and confidentiallyBudget monitoring on a monthly basisSupport broader R&D team with administrative queries, problem solving, raising Purchase orders, organising eventsRequirements: Previous experience experience supporting senior executives (Executive Director, VP or above)Experience of scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel- preferably via ConcurExperience with raising and managing PO'sAdvanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devicesPlease note PE Global cannot assist in sponsorship for any candidates.
