About you: How you'll spend the day... Enthusiastically teaching our end users how to best interact with and utilize technology; providing support as needed to users of a varying level via online, face to face interaction, chat, email, and telephone Analyse customer training needs, develop, co-ordinate and maintain learning programmes to ensure that all learning is delivered in line with customer goals Collaborate with clinical, clerical and management staff to identify the training goals Develop relationships with external training suppliers for outsourcing of current Learning and Development programme.
Develop training resources and programs tailored to meet the client goals. Take ownership of learning management system, from authoring and editing course content Track the progress and performance of learners Evaluate the effectiveness of programmes delivered and provide input to continuously improve practices.
Research and implement new learning technologies and methods to enhance learning outcomes Support issue resolution related to our platform including: software configuration, hardware support and user workflows Here are some of the things we're looking for... Fluent English speaking and writing talent Drivers licence and own transport Customer focused with friendly and supportive demeanor Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive customer engagement and performance improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence at all levels and collaborative approach to working with customer training teams. Strong organisational and managerial skills and detail-oriented work ethic Experiencing of implementing a LMS is highly desirable CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (or equivalent qualification) desired Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions Proficiency with tools such as Loom, Intercom, Smartsheets, Microsoft Suite and more.
