Exciting opportunity to work for our client in the Limerick area. Cpl are hiring a number of Customer Value Management Agents (Loyalty) to join our clients' team in their Limerick Office.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. Pension, healthcare, birthday leave, company discounts and other benefits are available after an initial three month period. Hybrid working model - one week onsite and one week in the Limerick office upon successful completion of a six week training period. Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided. Excellent career progression opportunities arise within the company. Free onsite gym and parking.
Your primary task will be taking ownership of incoming cancellation, sales and house move requests.
Excellent OTE commission and bonus earnings.

1. Experience in a sales or retentions role is essential.
