They take great pride in their team and now seek a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their restaurant celebrating modern Irish cuisine with a focus on seasonality and sustainability. This role will be well supported in terms of finance, hr and procurement as it forms part of a successful hotel operation.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotel and restaurant establishments. Must be a proven team leader with excellent service standards, able to train and motivate team to the highest levels of guest service. Further candidate attributes include:

* Excellent communication skills, able to positively interact with all guests, colleagues and collaborators
* Great attention to detail and keen organisational ability
* Strong numeracy skills and financial acumen
* Sound judgment in dealing with all situations (guest complaints, staff issues etc)
