Position: Part-time Sales Support Agent
Location: South East Dublin area (Blackrock region)
Hours: 20 hours per week, covered over mornings (flexible 9am-1pm or 9.30am-1.30pm, Monday-Friday)
Role Overview: This role involves working under the Office Manager and includes the full cycle of the order management process, from client booking to delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the order management process, including client interaction at the booking stage.
2. Follow up on delivery and liaise with suppliers.
3. Take briefs over the phone and gather information on artwork requirements.
4. Check lead times and ensure timely delivery of orders.
5. Handle customer service inquiries and order entry.
6. Coordinate with delivery companies and manage incoming deliveries.
7. Liaise with clients regarding their orders.
Requirements:
1. Must be a self-starter and able to work on own initiative.
2. Previous experience in a busy order entry role is beneficial.
Compensation: €17 per hour
