As we look to execute on our strategy moving forward, Coopman is looking to hire our next Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager will support the Directors in developing and implementing a brand strategy across Ireland and the UK to establish a leading position within the FS recruitment sector. The successful person will advise the business on key steps to be taken to develop the marketing strategy through STP, set smart brand objectives, and develop an integrated communications plan that uses the marketing budget efficiently to deliver measurable growth in market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review current positioning and brand identity to form the basis of a strategy to increase market share.
* Work with the Directors in establishing and managing the marketing budget, creating processes to track and measure ROMI.
* Align the marketing and sales functions with a focus on B2B interactions.
* Oversee the creative development of the integrated communications plan to establish authority in each of the sectors and deliver upon key performance metrics.
* Complete post-campaign analysis and regular analytical reports to foster continuous improvement towards marketing goals.
* Drive the production and execution of content strategy including interactive resources.
* Build the Coopman brand across all digital channels.
Core Competencies:
* 3rd Level Degree Holder of a business or marketing related degree.
* 5+ years of industry experience with demonstrated experience delivering on revenue growth targets.
* A creative, innovative, and high-energy approach to work.
* Ability to take ownership and drive change through clear strategic and data-informed decisions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva is an advantage.
