I’m currently hiring for an experienced Travel Coordinator to join a company in Dublin 22 on a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator with excellent organisation skills. Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be based onsite 5 days per week.

What will I be doing?
* Handling incoming travel and accommodation requests from employees in a timely manner
* Assisting with all aspects of travel booking from hotels, to rental cars and taxis
* Preparing detailed itineraries where required
* Working with travel agencies to prepare bookings and handle last minute changes
* Budget and expense management, tracking travel invoices on a weekly basis
* Preparing travel reports to be shared with payroll team
What is required of me?
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational skills
* Full working authorisation in Ireland
* Working knowledge of visa and travel requirements for booking international travel
