Key Accountabilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements Conduct gap analysis between current processes and ERP system functionality.
Process Mapping and Improvement: Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
Develop detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
ERP Implementation Support: Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure ERP configurations meet business needs.
Assist in system setup, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between technical teams, end-users, and senior management to ensure alignment.
Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on project progress and risks.
Core Competencies: Good understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Experience in end-to-end ERP rollout, from planning to go live.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP implementation projects.
