Senior Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Civils project in Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct work in a safe manner, adhering to highest Health and Safety standards.
* Ensure high-quality work and implement BAM's quality control procedures.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and Design Teams.
* Review detailed design, critique, and communicate with designers.
* Coordinate design development from designer's details to approved workshop drawings.
* Manage subcontractors/general workforce on site.
* Plan works efficiently to achieve program targets.
* Maintain site records and discuss/meetings with designers and subcontractors.
* Maximise profit through self-management, accuracy, and contractual awareness.
Requirements:
* A third-level degree in Engineering.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Civil Engineer.
* Experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm, or similar preferred.
* Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, etc.
