Job Title: Assistant Professor in Applied Sign Linguistics
The School of Linguistic, Speech and Communications Sciences at Trinity College Dublin seeks a full-time Assistant Professor in Applied Sign Linguistics. The successful candidate will have a PhD and teach and conduct research on the linguistics/applied linguistics of sign languages/sign language interpreting/sign language teaching and learning. Administrative duties are also required.

Responsibilities:
- Teach and conduct research on aspects of sign languages and sign language interpreting
- Develop and implement curriculum materials for sign language courses
- Supervise student projects and dissertations
- Participate in departmental and university service activities
Requirements:
- PhD in Applied Linguistics or related field
- Experience in teaching and conducting research in sign languages and sign language interpreting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
