Retail Trainer
Excel recruitment is excited to announce we are recruiting a Retail Trainer for our client in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for retail and thrives off developing and leading others. This role you would be involved with designing and implementing strategies that best suit the model of the business.
Salary: €40k – €50k
Responsibilities of this Retail Trainer :
1. Partnering with stakeholders across our business to effectively establish training and development needs
2. Facilitating, coordinating, evaluating, and reporting on selected learning and development programmes
3. Proposing and implementing approaches to measuring colleague and business impact of learning interventions
4. Driving a culture of continuous learning across our business
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners and colleagues
6. Understanding business priorities and using feedback to ensure L&D programmes are effective and impactful.
Who you are as a Retail Trainer :
7. Strong communication skills are critical, as such you are adept at working with a variety of stakeholders and are effective at managing learning projects, clearly communicating progress to colleagues and stakeholders, with the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams.
8. You have strong design experience, developing high quality, engaging learning solutions across multiple business areas and have a good understanding of emerging trends in learning and development.
9. The role will involve travel to all sites nationwide to deliver training and engage with our colleagues.
10. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development in multi-site retail environment, including years designing learning programmes.
11. A third level relevant qualification in HR or business-related field/ professional training qualification is desirable.
