A company in Carrigaline is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to support the administrative functions of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive reception experience.
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
* Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance requests.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Support administrative staff with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
* Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
