We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist and Office Administrator on behalf of an Asset Management company.
Location: On site role - Dublin City Centre
Salary: euros per annum

Responsibilities:
* Monitor building access and maintain accurate records of visitors.
* Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare rooms in advance of meetings.
* Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and take messages.
* Co-ordinate with facilities management and order any necessary supplies for the office.
* Assist in the organisation of company events and activities, as well as support senior executives' travel arrangements.
* Assist with the implementation and monitoring of health and safety guidelines.
* Manage ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar capacity within a corporate and professional environment.
* Strong experience in travel, meeting, and diary management.
* Keen communication and organisational skills.
