Job Overview
The purpose of this role is to assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Shop.
You will be instrumental in making sure the Shop is at the hub of the local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management and development of the shop in the context of an agreed work plan and financial targets.
* Train, supervise, and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
* Maintain the appearance of the shop internally and externally, ensuring it is attractive to customers and meets brand standards.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Retail fashion experience.
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
* Strong commercial experience.
* Eligibility to work in the State.
