Job Title: Social Care Team Leader
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Team Leader to join our team at CPL Healthcare. Our client provides residential support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting, using a strengths-based approach to empower service users to live their best lives.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and a commitment to working with an employer that values its staff and prioritizes the needs of service users.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* A minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies, or other relevant qualifications.
* A minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care, Healthcare, or related role with children, young people, or adults.
Candidates may also be considered if they hold other relevant qualifications, including Psychology (Level 8), Counselling/Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences/Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care, BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching, and Nursing.
In addition to qualifications and experience, candidates must also have:
* A full clean manual driver's license.
