Looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable & Customer Services Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting our French business. This role offers the perfect blend of finance and customer service, working with a leading European retail energy provider.
Responsibilities:
* Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including billing, direct debit processing, and credit control.
* Provide customer service support to French-based clients via phone and email.
* Investigate and resolve customer issues while ensuring top-tier service.
* Maintain customer accounts and assist with reconciliations and month-end reporting.
* Support the Accounts Receivable Manager on projects and process improvements.
About You:
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Previous Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
* Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
* A detail-oriented, problem-solving team player with a positive attitude.
