Base pay range

Key Responsibilities
1. Subject Matter Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions for new systems and processes.
2. Manage training projects: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
3. Continuous Learning Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to foster ongoing learning and knowledge retention post-implementation.
4. Measure Training Effectiveness: Evaluate training programs, utilizing data-driven insights and use feedback to make improvements.
5. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and identify future learning requirements.
6. Develop innovative training: Create and design both engaging and effective learning materials and solutions.
7. Manage learning platforms: Oversee the administration and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and related tools.
8. Training Facilitation: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions and workshops.
Experience/Requirements
1. Learning & Development Expertise: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
2. Project Management: Demonstrable experience in managing complex learning projects, preferably within the context of system implementations or large-scale process changes.
3. Relationship Building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and guide stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to senior leaders.
4. Process Improvement: Aptitude for identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance processes to ensure optimal learning outcomes and efficient project execution.
5. Content Development: Experience in producing a diverse array of learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and manuals. Familiarity with SAP systems or similar enterprise software is highly desirable.
6. Facilitation Skills: Confident and engaging facilitator, with experience in delivering learning to diverse audiences.
7. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting collective success.
