About this role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Operations Lead to join our team and help us establish our brand as the market leader in the Irish hospitality industry.
Scaling a business at pace makes for some very exciting workweeks. Rest assured, there will be no typical days for a while, and at any given time you might:
Provide effective leadership and coaching to restaurant management and employees across people development, operational performance and awesome guest experiences. Help develop policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals related to cash flow, revenue growth, and cost of goods sold, labour costs and other operating expenses on a daily basis.Support and coach teams to ensure they are delivering company budgets and follow-up daily on the operating figures and costs of the business - You will be the first point of contact for the restaurant management teams.Conduct P&L performance analysis and troubleshoot areas of interest while assisting in developing appropriate solutions to identified problems and opportunities.Ensure all management and employees are focused on exceeding guidelines related to: food quality and excellence, facility cleanliness, maintenance practices and service procedures.Conduct performance evaluations and unearth future brand leaders Conduct all necessary inspections and audits; develop and implement plans of actions.Ensuring operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed.

We think you’d be a great fit for the team if you meet these requirements:
4+ years in a restaurant operations/management role You are an experienced people developer.You are empathetic, positive and keen to support your teams as much as necessary You have hands-on, in-depth knowledge of how to deliver an awesome dine-in and off-premise customer experience You are analytical / data centric and understand the importance of tracking signals/KPI’s to improve performanceYou're confident in delivering hands-on training and development across all levels of the business; from Directors to most junior team member
