We are continuing our journey of expanding and diversifying our business and we are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to lead and establish our marketing efforts. This role will focus on building a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our retail and B2B business objectives. From managing social media campaigns to overseeing website updates and enhancing our product offering visibility, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing landscape. This is a hands-on position ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on initiative and enjoys balancing creative strategy with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives for both retail and B2B markets.
* Develop product activation initiatives to improve brand awareness and grow sales.
* Drive product visibility by creating compelling product marketing materials and campaigns.
* Manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
* Oversee the redesign, content updates, and optimisation of the company website to improve user experience and engagement.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in both retail and B2B sectors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
* Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, including maintaining budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with external vendors.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in both retail and B2B environments.
* Strong knowledge of consumer/customer behavior.
* Commercial & analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Ability to develop creative solutions and work collaboratively to deliver winning outcomes.
* Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
* Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic knowledge of SEO.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in relevant markets served by IITC.
* Experience in product marketing and/or e-commerce.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and marketing automation platforms.
* Knowledge of digital advertising and paid media strategies.
