Kerry About the Role:
To provide personalized support to individuals with additional needs, helping them fully participate in their programs and meet their daily support requirements.
This includes navigating the training environment, postural management, social skills, offering assistance with intimate care and transitioning between activities. The role is aimed at supporting individuals with complex and diverse needs to engage fully in their training.

Your Responsibilities:
Support students in achieving their personal goals under the instructor's supervision, ensuring they stay on task and fully participate in their program.
Accompany and support students who may need to leave the training room, helping them return to class when ready. Provide support during community-based activities and work experiences, ensuring students engage fully in external learning opportunities. Provide personal care support when needed, ensuring students' well-being and dignity are maintained. Ensure safety by applying all Health and Safety procedures, reporting concerns, and adhering to safety policies.
Additional Requirements:
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign
Salary:
Starting at € per annum, equivalent to €13.74 per hour
