As the HR Business Partner, the role includes consulting with line management, providing daily HR guidance, resolving complex employee relations issues, improving work relationships, and developing HR strategies.
Travel to other sites will be required from time to time, and this role is fully on-site in Blanchardstown.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities Include:
1. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
2. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
3. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
4. Onboard new starters
5. Provide HR policy guidance
6. Manage and implement Group ESG policies
Requirements and Skills:
1. HR-related degree and CIPD qualification
2. 4-5 years work experience as a HR Business Partner
3. Excellent people management skills
4. Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
5. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
