As a Space & Display planner, you'll be responsible for the creation and upkeep of Store floorplans and planograms for our small format franchise stores in ROI & NI. You'll ensure our stores are easy for customers to shop, align with business space and display principles, and meet our operational requirements. You'll work in collaboration with Retail, Supply Chain, and Irish commercial teams to ensure delivery of planograms and floorplans to agreed timeframes through effective workload management and a solution-driven mindset. The role is open to those based in both Ireland or GB & NI, with an expectation of travel.
What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Build and execute maintenance of category planograms, ensuring that they are updated to agreed critical path and display and operational principles.
* Maintain accurate floor plans for the stores for all changes to space (e.g. range changes, strategic changes, property changes, seasonal and promotional changes) to the agreed Critical path.
* Work collaboratively with stores and commercial teams to identify commercial opportunities, conducting analysis to support and execute recommendations.
* Regularly visit stores across both ROI and NI as well as spend time in both the London Support Centre and Dublin office (Number of days in each place is dependent on location).
* Analysis of data to decide upon the best attribution of micro and macro space, to optimise operational efficiency, sales, waste, and shelf fill.
* Provide display and space-related management information such as shelf efficiency, product 'look and feel', ease of shop, customer blocking, and provide recommendations for potential enhancements.
* Accountable for running appropriate system checks to ensure right first-time floorplans and planograms.
* Execute the business Trade Planning strategy through optimising out of aisle space across every store.
* Involvement with ad hoc projects and team initiatives.

* Excellent project management with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
* Proactivity and solution-driven.
* Good analytical skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of the Space, Range, Display, NPD, Supply Chain, and Procurement processes and critical paths.
* Blueyonder space planning software experience preferred but full training provided.
