About the Role
The Engineering Coordinator supports the maintenance planner and the entire engineering team by ensuring all new equipment is catalogued onto the maintenance system and part numbers are accurately recorded. This involves taking readings from equipment to measure efficiency and reliability, delegating tasks to the team, engaging with contractors, and supporting engineering projects through planning works.
This is a varied role working with a talented team of highly skilled engineers who will support your development.
Key Responsibilities
* Catalogue new equipment onto the maintenance system and maintain accurate part number records
* Take readings from equipment to measure efficiency and reliability
* Delegate tasks to the team and engage with contractors
* Support engineering projects through planning works
Requirements
The role requires some understanding of equipment parts, including differences between valves or pumps. Strong organisational skills are also essential.
