We’re seeking a creative copywriter to join the new Digital creative team. Reporting to the Creative lead, this is a new position, focused on creating all digital team content across the website, app and Airport. This is a very exciting time to join the Digital team at Labs as we start the transformation of our B2C digital passenger experience.ResponsibilitiesCreating high quality, creative and impactful content for all Digital Campaigns and channels. Works with the rest of the creative team to deliver all creative digital campaigns across website, CRM, app and in airportInterpreting creative briefs from campaign manager to develop and produce concepts that will engage our target audiences.Tone of Voice: Ensures consistency in tone of voice across digital channels and campaigns. Works with creative lead to develop and maintain TOV guidelines.Collaborating with the rest of the creative team from concept development to delivery of final product.Working closely with rest of the digital team to learn about their content project needs and ensure relevancy to target audience.Project Management: Presenting copy concepts and final deliverables to relevant stakeholders. Revising and optimising copy based feedback/directionQualificationsExperience 2+ years content marketing experience.Digital content creation experience either inhouse or in agencyConfidence in understanding a project needs and adapting to suit the target audience.SkillsExcellent communications skills essentialFormal Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related fieldIn this role the person might be required to work additional hours or weekends if required to support the critical phases of project.
