**Job Description:**
Aurora is seeking a key driver and champion to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in living fulfilling, self-determined lives.
The PIC (Person In Charge) will lead daily operations in collaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community.
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivering person-centred care while managing and supporting a multi-disciplinary team.
* Collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality services and achieving excellent outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children's).
* Relevant Management qualification (required).
* CORU registration (where applicable).
* Full, clean driving license and own transport (manual).
* 3+ years in a managerial healthcare role.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards and certification.
