We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
The purpose of this role is to act as a support for the Managing Director and other senior Executives as required.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:Provide full administrative support to the Managing DirectorDiary management and extensive meeting planning with both internal and external stakeholdersTravel planning and associated arrangementsPreparation of reports and presentations to a high standardLiaise with all external and internal customers in a professional and proficient mannerRaise requisitions, manage invoices for the departments and ensure all are signed off in a timely mannerArrange Performance and Development Reviews for the Managing Director and monthly reviewsSubmit monthly expenses for the Managing DirectorLiaise with all external Suppliers and internal staff in a professional and proficient mannerSupport and provide cover for other Executive Assistants when requiredProvide administrative support including sourcing venues for conferences / large business meetingsEnsure all paperwork that requires Directors' signatures is presented in a timely fashion and returned to the originator when authorisedThe successful candidate will have / be:7+ years in a fast-paced Senior administration / Executive Assistant roleAdapts well to change and can thrive in a rapidly growing organisation that continues to evolveProven track record of delivering to tight deadlines and high quality resultsAbility to execute directly at high quality and paceHighly organised with ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively for maximum impact and adapt around changing priorities as requiredExcellent drive, enthusiasm and commitmentA can-do attitude and a positive solution focused mindsetExceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to engage and develop relationships with individuals at all levels of the organizationA self-starter, and able to work collaboratively as a member of a highly interdependent team across MusgraveResilient and calm under pressureStrong competency in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OutlookMusgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
