Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the delivery of diverse company secretarial assignments, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate results. Lead and continuously refine processes for managing annual compliance matters for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings with key regulatory bodies. Contribute to the strategic direction of the department, staying ahead of market trends and ensuring alignment with best practices. Demonstrated technical expertise and experience managing diverse client portfolios. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong project management skills.
