ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Design and maintain operational procedures that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
2. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and financial reporting for your area.
3. Ensure SOX compliance and manage internal/external audits with auditors.
4. Manage the preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax returns, and tax provisions.
5. Complete and report monthly/quarterly fluctuation analysis to Corporate HQ.
6. Lead a professional accounting team, fostering continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.
ABOUT THE PERSON
1. Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
2. Experience within a multinational/large company environment.
3. Technically strong with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Extensive ERP experience.
5. Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
6. Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
